Return: February 14th, leaving Sudbury at 12:00 p.m.

Sound Check: Saturday, February 13, 5:00 p.m.

Registration:

• Trip, Bus, and Hotel Room sign-ups are available online to all members. Sign-ups must be completed by no later than the February 9th rehearsal.
• Bus payment collection will begin during January 12th rehearsal and be ongoing until the winter concert on February 16th. Cost for the bus is $55 return or $30 one-way.

If you have signed up for the bus online, please bring your payment for the bus and give to Elizabeth Day at rehearsal.

Recreation:

If interest dictates, on Feb. 13th there can be a bus shuttle leaving the hotel at approx. 11:00 a.m. for Science North and the Ramsey Lake Skating Path (which also starts at Science North) for those who wish. Science North is about a 5 minute bus ride away from the hotel. Anyone interested in skating should bring their own skates, and the cost for Science North entrance is $19 + GST.

Later that afternoon, the bus will be leaving from the hotel at 4:30 p.m. for the 5:00 p.m. soundcheck at the concert venue. The bus will also transfer us back to the hotel after the concert.

Grumbler's Pub is once again booked for the "after-concert" festivities, and is a short walk from the hotel.
